The Sun is shining!

Hello!

We have been beavering away here at H & S towers and have a couple of new products for you fine people to see that are now available on the Hooper & Shaw website....

Firstly, in the spirit of the mighty veg patch we have created this limited edition silkscreen print, it features lettering of a wonderful old letterpress typeface we have redrawn and an illustration of the hands of one half of Hooper & Shaw....

We have also begun creating a range of hand printed tumbled stone tiles starting off with the striking Mr John dory now also available through the Hooper & Shaw website, keep your eyes peeled as we will be developing some other designs over the coming weeks...  check them out!

We are really looking forward to the easter break and do hope to see you all in Port Isaac, it is such a lovely time of the year, be there or be square! ... or well you might just be somewhere else..  ahem!

Financial Times "How To Spend it"

Hooper & Shaw has only gone and been selected as a feature in the latest "How To Spend It" magazine - the lovely, award winning, bi-annual glossy from the Financial Times!

Now it goes without saying that back at Hooper & Shaw mission control we always have a copy of the FT to hand, so it is such a pleasure to have been approached to take part.

Take That and Party

Well will you have a little look at this!

A little left of the field here, be we just wanted to give a lotta praise to some good friends of Hooper & Shaw...

Directors Fred & Nick have spent a large part of this year documenting the trials and tribulations of a fairly popular band.

Now released as the second disc of the live DVD of 'THE CIRCUS" tour, they have filmed a cracking documentary that showcases a live set of songs that took place at Abbey Road Studios. It is shot beautifully and gives an incredibly stylish account of the 'Sunday morning versions' of the songs.

Q magazine rates it worth the price of the DVD on it's own and frankly, we are entirely minded to agree.

Earlier in the year Nicole illustrated a book called the bumper book of nature, it is filled with wonderful ideas for things to do outside, all year round, wherever you live.

We have been beavering away in the studio and holding on to our hats braving the storms on the north coast!

We have been creating some new prints & products, some of which should be showcasing themselves anytime soon along with our updated website which is coming along nicely....
